Then
The London County Council built its estate office at 37 Oxhey Drive, where new tenants collected their keys and where repairs were reported. Rent collectors went round the houses at first, and later tenants could pay at the office instead. The estate's own painters, carpenters, glaziers and grounds staff worked from a yard behind it, entered from Seacroft Gardens, with a greenhouse for the plants that went into the estate's shrub beds.5,455
Now
Flats were built on the site of the yard and a road now runs behind the office. Our Oxhey's page of 2012 describes the office building as still standing, and we found no date for when it stopped being the estate office. The position is approximate, taken from the Seacroft Gardens junction.
